Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically reflect within 5-7 business days.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We recommend contacting us during our business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT+3, Monday through Friday) for faster processing. Orders that have already entered the shipping process cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy upon delivery.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to: personalized products, intimate apparel, and items marked as final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution's processing time, but typically completes within 3-5 business days after we process it.

If you received a discount or promotion on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the actual price paid after discounts. For payments made via credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card used for the original transaction. For alternative payment methods, we may require additional information to process your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as some institutions require additional time to process the transaction. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with your order number and payment details.

For payments made via PayPal, we recommend checking your PayPal account directly as refunds often appear there before reaching your linked bank account. In cases where a refund appears to be missing, we will work with you and the payment processor to trace the transaction and resolve the issue promptly.
